Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Business

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Business attracts business people who have the intent and ability to move to Manitoba and establish or
purchase a business, or become a partner in an existing business.
This program has a comparatively long immigration history and provides a
good opportunity to foreign nationals who seek a stable immigration
program.

To apply for this program, the applicant must submit an Expression of
Interest (“EOI”) and receive an advice (Letter of Advice to Apply; “LAA”) from Manitoba. EOI does not guarantee an invitation from Manitoba, but a higher score increases a likelihood for being selected from the participating group.

(1)Program Requirements:

Age 21 ~ 54 years old
Work Experience Minimum 3 years of successful business ownership and management experience, or a minimum 3 years of executive-level experience as senior manager of a business.
Personal Net Worth C$350,000 at minimum.

Business research visit to Manitoba Optional
Deposit requirement C$100,000

(if it was in Manitoba)

(3)Condition for Returning the C$100,000 Deposit.

Applicant must establish a business and fulfill the investment requirement as outlined in the deposit agreement within 2 years of landing. Once Manitoba verifies that applicant meets the deposit agreement, the C$100,000 cash deposit will be returned to the applicant without interest.
